In order for media sharing to operate correctly, customer must have Windows 7 or Vista and Windows Media Player 11.  Equipment  Minimum equipment and CenturyLink professional installation are required.  At initial installation, each customer receives: one (1) modem gateway; up to eight (8) STBs, depending on plan selected; and one (1) remote control per STB installed. All equipment must be returned to CenturyLink as directed by CenturyLink (either to a retail store or via a CenturyLink-designated delivery service, depending upon your location) within thirty (30) days after service disconnection (or such other date specified by CenturyLink) in an undamaged condition, or customer will be charged for each equipment piece not timely returned or returned as damaged.
